What is adnAtmVclRcvScrAggregate?
This OID specifies the acceptable average rate of inbound traffic on the VCL, allowing the receiving side to smooth and measure long-term bandwidth usage. Network operators use this to detect sustained over-provisioning from remote sites and enforce fair bandwidth allocation across the network. For example, if receive SCR is set to 30,000 cells/sec, the switch monitors that incoming traffic averages no more than that rate over a measurement period.
