What is adnAtmVclRcvPcrClpZero?
This OID tracks the peak rate of high-priority inbound cells on the VCL, allowing the receiving switch to police remote senders and protect premium traffic streams. Engineers use this to detect if a remote ATM endpoint is violating its traffic contract by sending too many high-priority cells. For instance, if the receive PCR for CLP=0 is 10,000 cells/sec but the remote end tries to send 15,000, the receiving switch will drop the excess cells.
