What is adnAtmVclRcvMbsClpZero?
This OID limits the burst size for only high-priority inbound cells, ensuring that even urgent traffic from the remote end doesn't exhaust local buffer space. A network engineer configures this smaller than the aggregate MBS to prevent a single priority level from consuming all burst capacity. For example, if aggregate MBS is 200 but CLP=0 MBS is 80, the receiving switch allows at most 80 cells of the burst to be high-priority.
