What is adnAtmVclRcvMbsAggregate?
This OID defines the maximum number of cells that can arrive in a burst from the remote end before the receiving switch enforces the sustained cell rate. Engineers use this to let remote sites send short traffic spikes without dropping cells, while still preventing sustained floods that could overwhelm input buffers. For instance, a receive MBS of 200 cells allows an initial 200-cell burst to arrive, then the remote sender must resume the SCR-limited rate.
