Description: The number of cells received on the Virtual Channel Link (VCL) and declared non conform by the Virtual Scheduling Algorithm (VSA) B of the police processing. Whatever the ATM Transfer Capability (ATC) of the VCL, the VSA B is always enabled.
What is adnAtmVclPerfRcvCellVsaBNonConform?
This counter measures cells received on a Virtual Channel Link that breached the VSA-B policing threshold; VSA-B policing is always enabled on every VCL. Engineers track this to validate that traffic profiles match service level agreements and to identify circuits that may need rate increases. A reading of 7,890 indicates that 7,890 cells exceeded VSA-B limits.
