Description: The number of cells received on the Virtual Channel Link (VCL) and declared non conform by the Virtual Scheduling Algorithm (VSA) A of the police processing. This object is significant only if the VSA A is enabled. The VSA A is enabled or not according to the ATM Transfer Capability (ATC) of the VCL.
What is adnAtmVclPerfRcvCellVsaANonConform?
This counter counts cells on a Virtual Channel Link that failed the VSA-A policing check, which is only active when the VCL's ATM transfer capability requires it. Network engineers monitor this when tuning per-circuit quality-of-service parameters to ensure traffic conforms to contracted rates. A value of 3,456 shows that 3,456 cells were flagged as non-conforming by the VSA-A algorithm.
