What is adnAtmVclPerfRcvCellTagged?
This counter counts cells on a Virtual Channel Link that were marked with a lower-priority flag by the tagging option in policing, when that feature is enabled. Administrators review this to understand how often traffic is being deprioritized and whether to reconfigure traffic-shaping thresholds. A count of 4,321 means 4,321 cells were tagged as lower-priority during the sampling period.
