What is adnAtmVclPerfRcvCellForwarded?
This counter measures the number of ATM cells successfully received and forwarded (after passing policing checks) on a Virtual Channel Link. Engineers monitor this as a key indicator of actual throughput and to verify that the VCL is carrying traffic as expected. A value of 500,000 indicates that half a million cells were processed and transmitted forward without being discarded or degraded.
