What is adnAtmVclPerfRcvCellDiscarded?
This counter tracks cells received on a Virtual Channel Link that were dropped entirely by the policing function because they violated traffic contracts. Administrators check this to measure congestion, identify over-subscribed circuits, and validate whether traffic-shaping configurations are correct. A count of 1,250 means 1,250 cells were dropped, representing lost data that did not meet service guarantees.
