What is adnAtmUniVpCconnectSlowRetry?
This read-only OID specifies the timer interval (usually in milliseconds) for wait time between failed PVC setup attempts at the slow retry rate, preventing network flooding during prolonged outages. For example, a value of 30000 milliseconds (30 seconds) means the device waits 30 seconds between each slow retry attempt after exhausting the fast retry count.
