This object is significant only if the type of the Virtual Path Link (VPL), specified by adnAtmVplType, is set to 'pvc'; otherwise, the charging status is defined per interface. If set to 'useInterfaceValue', the value defined per interface is used.
What is adnAtmUniVpCconnectCharging?
This OID controls whether usage-based billing is active for this Virtual Path cross-connection (read-write) on permanent connections. Telecom operators enable or disable this flag to track which connections incur charges and aggregate cost data for billing purposes. For example, setting this to 'enabled' activates the monetary cost meter, while 'useInterfaceValue' inherits the charging status from the parent interface configuration.
