This object is significant only if the type of the Virtual Channel Link (VCL), specified by adnAtmVclType, is set to 'pvc'; otherwise, the charging status is defined per interface. If set to 'useInterfaceValue', the value defined per interface is used.
What is adnAtmUniVcCconnectCharging?
This read-write flag controls whether usage charges (metering or billing) are applied to traffic on this Virtual Channel connection. You configure this to enable billing for customer-specific connections or to exempt internal paths from charge tracking. For example, you might set this to 'enabled' for a customer-facing circuit and 'disabled' for your own management traffic.
