What is adnAtmUniVcCconnectAdminStatus?
This read-write field lets administrators enable ('up') or disable ('down') the VC cross-connection at the management level, controlling whether it's allowed to carry traffic. You toggle this during service activation, maintenance, or troubleshooting to control traffic flow. For example, you might set it to 'down' to temporarily stop a misbehaving VC without deleting the configuration; setting it back to 'up' resumes normal operation.
