What is adnAtmTdpConnRevSCR?
This OID contains the Sustainable Cell Rate (SCR) for return traffic in the reverse direction, as a signed integer in cells per second. This defines the long-term average rate you can reliably receive from the remote side without violating traffic contracts. An SCR of 750 cells/second in the reverse direction means the other end can send 750 cells/second continuously as sustained traffic.
