What is adnAtmTdpConnRevPCR?
This OID contains the Peak Cell Rate (PCR) for return traffic in the reverse direction, as a signed integer in cells per second. You set this limit to prevent the remote side from flooding your interface with burst traffic. PCR of 3000 cells/second in the reverse direction ensures that traffic coming back from the secondary interface never exceeds that peak rate.
