What is adnAtmTdpConnRevDelayVariation?
This OID defines the maximum Cell Delay Variation (jitter) allowed for return traffic in the reverse direction, as a signed integer. Excessive jitter in the reverse path corrupts voice and video, so you constrain this value to maintain quality of experience for users. A CDV of 5 in the reverse direction ensures timing variation for returning packets doesn't exceed 5 units.
