What is adnAtmTdpConnRevCellRate?
This OID stores the requested cell rate for traffic in the reverse direction (secondary to primary interface), as a signed integer. You configure this to reserve bandwidth for return traffic separately from forward traffic, allowing asymmetric capacity allocation. A value of 2000 means the reverse direction requests 2000 cells per second of dedicated bandwidth.
