What is adnAtmTdpConnForwPCR?
This OID contains the Peak Cell Rate (PCR), which is the maximum burst rate allowed for forward traffic, as a signed integer in cells per second. Setting PCR to 5000 cells/second guarantees that forward traffic will never exceed that peak rate, protecting network stability.
