What is adnAtmTdpConnForwMBS?
This OID specifies the Maximum Burst Size (MBS), the maximum number of cells that can arrive in rapid succession in the forward direction, as a signed integer. MBS protects network equipment from being overwhelmed by allowing controlled bursting up to a limit before congestion controls engage. An MBS of 256 means up to 256 cells can arrive in a burst; beyond that, the network may discard cells to protect other traffic.
