What is adnAtmTdpConnForwDelayVariation?
This OID defines the maximum Cell Delay Variation (jitter) permitted in the forward direction, as a signed integer. Jitter (variation in packet arrival timing) degrades voice and video quality, so you cap this value to ensure consistent performance for time-sensitive traffic. A CDV of 10 means cells arriving in the forward direction won't have timing variation greater than 10 units, keeping jitter within acceptable limits.
