What is adnAtmTdpConnForwCellRate?
This OID stores the requested cell rate (cells per second) for traffic traveling in the forward direction (primary to secondary interface) as a signed integer. Network engineers set this during connection setup to reserve bandwidth and ensure the connection gets its expected throughput. A value of 1000 means the connection requests 1000 cells per second capacity, while -1 means this limit is not applicable to this connection.
