What is adnAtmTCCellRateDecConfig?
This read-only setting shows which cell rate decoupling (CRD) method is active on the ATM transmission layer, choosing between unused cells (ANSI standard), idle cells (ITU standard), or no decoupling at all. A network engineer uses this to understand how the ATM interface handles timing differences between the ATM layer and the physical transport. For example, if it reads 'idle cells', the interface inserts idle cells during quiet periods to maintain clock synchronization.
