Description: This timer is not implemented.
The length (in seconds) of the timer started upon transmission of an Leaf setup request message. The timer is stopped upon receipt of a Setup, Add party, or Leaf setup failure message. The first time this timer expires, the leaf may optionally retransmit the Leaf setup request message. The second time (or the first time if the resent is not chosen) it expires, the connection is cleared.
What is adnAtmSigT331?
This timer would measure the delay when requesting a new leaf (subscriber) to join a multipoint connection, though the equipment currently does not support this feature. If implemented, it would allow the leaf request to be resent once on first expiration, then clear the connection on second expiration. Even if you set this value, the timer is ignored because the system does not yet handle leaf setup signaling.
