Description: The length (in seconds) of the timer started upon transmission of a Connect message. The timer is stopped upon receipt of a Connect acknowledge message. If the timer expires, the connection is cleared. This timer is only applicable on the user side of the interface.
What is adnAtmSigT313?
This OID specifies the timeout (in seconds) after the user-side endpoint sends a Connect message until receiving a Connect Acknowledge from the network; this timer only applies on the user side of the interface. Network engineers care about this for user-side equipment configuration; if the network takes too long to acknowledge connection completion, the call clears. Example: 10 seconds means the user equipment waits 10 seconds after accepting a call before the network confirms the connection is fully established.
