Description: This timer is not implemented.
The length (in seconds) of the timer started upon receipt of a Setup acknowledge message and restarted when each Information message is sent. This timer is stopped upon receipt of an Alerting, Connect, or Call proceeding message. When the timer expires, the connection is released.
What is adnAtmSigT304?
This OID would define the timeout (in seconds) after acknowledging setup while waiting for the called endpoint to respond (timer resets on each information message received), but this timer is not implemented in this MIB. If implemented, it would prevent calls from hanging indefinitely if the remote side stops sending setup data after acknowledging. Example: 60 seconds would mean waiting 1 minute at a time for each information message during the call setup phase if this feature were active.
