Description: The call barring service:
- 'no': No call barring
- 'incoming': Incoming Setup messages (sent by the switch) are not allowed
- 'outgoing': Outgoing Setup messages (received by the switch) are not allowed.
What is adnAtmSigCallBarring?
This parameter controls call flow restrictions: 'no' allows both directions, 'incoming' blocks new inbound Setup messages, and 'outgoing' blocks new outbound Setup messages. Use incoming barring during maintenance windows to prevent new calls from reaching the switch while existing calls complete. Use outgoing barring to prevent the switch from initiating calls while the system is degraded.
