What is adnAtmSaalOperStatus?
This OID shows the real-time operational state of an ATM signaling connection (up, down, testing, dormant) independent of administrative intent. Engineers monitor this constantly to quickly identify which connections are working and which have failed; it's the ground truth of whether signaling can actually flow. Example: 'up' means the connection is live and signaling messages are actively being exchanged with the remote endpoint.
