What is adnAtmInterfaceVccHighVpi?
This OID defines the ending Virtual Path Identifier number in the range designated for Virtual Channel switching on this interface. Combined with the low VPI setting, it creates a contiguous block of VPI values available for VC switching. For example, if set to 63 and the low VPI is 32, then VPIs 32–63 are reserved for VC switching.
