What is adnAtmInterfacePvpcHighVpi?
This OID defines the highest Virtual Path Identifier value in the permanent VPC range on this interface. Administrators set this to limit how many permanent VPCs can exist and prevent them from consuming all available VPI values. For example, if set to 31, then permanent VPCs can use VPIs from the low value through 31.
