What is adnAtmInterfacePerfTrmAllocBwVpcs?
This counter tracks how much bandwidth has been allocated for all Virtual Path Connections (VPCs) in the transmit direction on an ATM interface. Network engineers monitor this to ensure VPC connections aren't consuming more bandwidth than planned and to identify capacity bottlenecks on the ATM link. A value of 50000 kilobits per second means all VPCs combined have 50 Mbps of transmit bandwidth reserved on that interface.
