What is adnAtmInterfacePerfTrmAllocBwVccs?
This counter measures allocated bandwidth in the transmit direction for all Virtual Channel Connections (VCCs) that don't have bandwidth limitations on their Virtual Path Identifier. Engineers use this to track bandwidth usage for individual VCC connections and to verify that unlimited VCCs aren't consuming excessive capacity. A value of 25000 kilobits per second shows that all unlimited VCCs together use 25 Mbps of transmit capacity on this interface.
