What is adnAtmInterfacePerfRcvAllocBwVccs?
This counter measures allocated bandwidth in the receive direction for all Virtual Channel Connections (VCCs) that don't have bandwidth limitations on their Virtual Path Identifier. Engineers monitor this to track inbound VCC bandwidth usage and prevent unlimited VCCs from starving other connections of capacity. A value of 30000 kilobits per second indicates that unlimited VCCs are consuming 30 Mbps of receive bandwidth on this interface.
