This OID indicates whether Connection Admission Control (CAC), which prevents overloading the network by rejecting calls without enough bandwidth, is enabled at this interface. Enable CAC to protect your ATM network from congestion, though it may cause some legitimate calls to be rejected. A value of 'enabled' means new calls are accepted only if bandwidth is available; 'disabled' means calls are always accepted.
