What is adnAtmDs3PlcpOofCounter?
This counter counts Out-Of-Frame (OOF) events on the DS3 interface, when the receiver temporarily loses track of the DS3 frame boundary. Operators monitor OOF as an early warning that the line is starting to lose synchronization, before a full LOF occurs. A counter incrementing by 2-3 OOF events per hour suggests the line is experiencing intermittent signal quality degradation.
