What is adnAtmDs3PlcpLofCounter?
This counter tracks the total duration the DS3 interface has lost frame synchronization (LOF), unable to find DS3 frame boundaries in the incoming signal. Operators monitor LOF because it means no traffic can flow on that DS3 circuit until synchronization is restored. A counter value of 60 seconds in an hour suggests intermittent framing problems, likely from line noise or a flaky transceiver on either end.
