What is adnAtmCniVcCconnectOutCcnIndex?
This integer indexes the cross-connection at the output, used to trace calls across multiple network nodes. Network engineers use this when following a call through several hops to diagnose where a problem occurs. A value of 25 corresponds to cross-connection record 25 in the system.
