What is adnAtmBoardTraMOBTPDCounter?
This counter measures how many times Tail Packet Discard (TPD) was activated on the medium-priority output buffer to drop incomplete packets during buffer overflow. Network engineers watch this counter to assess how aggressively the board is removing partial packets to make room for complete ones during congestion. A counter value of 45 shows the board discarded 45 incomplete packets from the medium-priority buffer, indicating occasional but not severe congestion episodes.
