What is adnAtmBoardTraMOBEFCICounter?
This counter tracks how many times Explicit Forward Congestion Indication (EFCI) was set on the medium-priority output buffer to warn downstream devices. Network engineers check this counter to measure how often the ATM board is signaling congestion to receiving equipment so they can slow their transmission rates. A counter value of 75 means the board set the EFCI congestion bit in 75 cell headers, alerting 75 downstream messages about network congestion.
