What is adnAtmBoardTraLOBTPDCounter?
This counter measures how many times Tail Packet Discard (TPD) was activated on the low-priority output buffer to drop incomplete packets. Engineers monitor this counter to see how frequently incomplete low-priority packets are being truncated and discarded when buffer space runs short. A counter value of 890 indicates 890 low-priority packets were discarded as tail-end packets, showing that congestion on low-priority traffic is frequent and significant.
