Description: The counter associated with the number of upwards receiving FIFO overflows; counter #24 of the ATM core; this counter is only relevant for the BBTS1C boards and for the BBTP3C boards.
What is adnAtmBoardErURFOVCounter?
This counter tracks how many times the uplink receive FIFO overflowed, indicating congestion in outbound processing paths. Network engineers monitor this to ensure uplink paths do not get saturated, which would cause cell loss on transmitted traffic. A value of 0 means the uplink buffer has never overflowed, indicating healthy traffic handling.
