What is adnAtmBoardErUFOFCounter?
This counter tracks how many times the user data output FIFO has overflowed on boards that are not the matrix board. Network engineers monitor this on applicable board types to detect user traffic congestion and data loss conditions. If this counter shows 7, the user FIFO has overflowed 7 times, meaning user data is arriving faster than it can be processed.
