What is adnAtmBoardErUCSECounter?
This counter tracks cell synchronization errors in uplink traffic on BBTS1C and BBTP3C boards, showing when outgoing cells lose sync with the network clock. Network engineers check this when uplink traffic shows corruption or frame loss, indicating a transmission-path issue. A value of 5 means 5 sync errors were detected in the uplink direction during monitoring.
