Description: The counter associated with the number of upwards cell memory overflows; counter #25 of the ATM core; this counter is only relevant for the BBTS1C boards and for the BBTP3C boards.
What is adnAtmBoardErUCMOVCounter?
This counter tracks how many times the uplink cell-memory buffer overflowed on BBTS1C and BBTP3C boards. Network engineers track this when uplink traffic capacity is near saturation, using it to decide if bandwidth upgrades are needed. A value of 1 means one cell-memory overflow occurred on the uplink during the observation period.
