What is adnAtmBoardErRFIFFCounter?
This counter tracks how many times the rate-reduction FIFO between the ET (egress terminator) and AAL1 component was full on HBCEx boards. Network engineers monitor this to detect congestion in the AAL1 (ATM Adaptation Layer 1) processing, which handles circuit-emulation traffic. A value of 25 means the FIFO reached full capacity 25 times, indicating potential packet loss.
