What is adnAtmBoardErQRP2FIFOCounter?
This counter measures how many times the second QRP chip's extraction FIFO has overflowed while forwarding data out. Network engineers use this to diagnose whether the QRP2 processor can keep pace with throughput demands on the switch fabric. If this counter is 12, the QRP2 extraction FIFO has overflowed 12 times, showing sustained congestion in that processor's output path.
