What is adnAtmBoardErNFRFCounter?
This counter tracks failures when the board tried to read data from the network FIFO, indicating a control logic or hardware problem. Network engineers monitor this to identify faults in the network-side packet queue controller that could cause traffic loss. If this counter is 3, there have been 3 read failures, suggesting the network FIFO controller logic is unstable.
