Description: The counter associated with the number of cells received on non active VP; counter #6 of the ATM core; this counter is not relevant for the matrix board, the BBTS1C boards and for the BBTP3C boards.
What is adnAtmBoardErNAVPCounter?
This counter tracks ATM cells that arrived on Virtual Paths (VPs) that are not active or configured on this board. Network engineers monitor this to catch upstream misconfiguration or traffic being sent to the wrong VP/VC combinations. If this counter shows 20, 20 cells have arrived on non-active VPs, indicating the remote peer may have incorrect routing configuration.
