Description: The counter associated with the duration of overflows on medium priority output buffer; this counter is not relevant for HSC boards without a medium priority output buffer (e.g. BBT1B and BBE1B); expressed in milliseconds; counter #19 of the ATM core.
What is adnAtmBoardErMOBCounter?
This counter measures (in milliseconds) how long the medium-priority output buffer was full, affecting general data traffic. Engineers tune QoS settings when this counter is consistently high, indicating that standard data traffic is frequently blocked by the lack of buffer space. A value of 0 means the medium-priority queue never overflowed, showing good traffic balance.
