Description: The counter associated with the duration of overflows on low priority output buffer; this counter is not relevant for HSC boards without a low priority output buffer; expressed in milliseconds; counter #20 of the ATM core.
What is adnAtmBoardErLOBCounter?
This counter measures (in milliseconds) how long the low-priority output buffer was full, affecting best-effort (lowest-priority) traffic. Engineers monitor this to determine whether they need to reduce the volume of best-effort traffic or provision additional bandwidth on the board. A value of 8000 means low-priority packets were dropped or delayed for 8 seconds total.
