What is adnAtmBoardErLIRC0Counter?
This counter tracks how many times signal loss has been detected on the first inter-relay communication link (IRC0). Network engineers check this to monitor the health of the primary board-to-board link and catch cable or transceiver degradation. If this counter shows 1, the IRC0 link has lost signal 1 time, which may indicate a marginal connection.
